Carolina Care Professionals is a locally owned, in-home care company founded by Christina and Brad Snively. Over more than twenty years — and after personally serving more than 3,000 families through their previous Home Instead franchise — Christina and Brad set out to build something different: a “signature-white glove”, faith-rooted care company shaped by passion, not quotas. Today, that same calling guides every visit the owners make in your home.

We are a licensed, bonded, non-medical home care provider with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Our care ranges from companion care and personal care to specialized support for dementia, Parkinson’s, post-surgical recovery, overnight care, and concierge services — all designed to help you live comfortably, confidently, and independently at home.

Our CARE Professionals are highly trained, carefully selected, and treated like the professionals they are. We offer premium pay and real benefits because we know that caregivers who feel valued stay longer — and continuity of care matters deeply to the people we serve. Fewer transitions mean less retraining, less disruption, and more trust between you and the person at your side. We also offer caregiver “shadowing” at no additional cost, so when your regular CARE Pro is away, the next one already knows you, your home, and your routine.

Our CARE Pros are here for one purpose: to help you thrive — independently — in the home you love. That includes everything from companionship and conversation to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and much more. As your needs change, a Registered Nurse on our team will reassess your care at no additional cost — so your plan grows with you, never behind you.

We move thoughtfully, because the right caregiver matters more than a fast start. In some cases, we may briefly place you on a wait list to ensure the CARE Pro we send is the right fit for your personality, your needs, and your home. If your situation calls for faster support than we can responsibly provide, we will gladly recommend other reputable providers — your wellbeing always comes before our schedule.

It begins with a Care Consult — no fees, no pressure, just a conversation. In most cases, one of the owners or a Registered Nurse will come to you, listen carefully, and learn what daily life looks like in your home. If you would like to move forward, we will build a personalized Scope of Care and match you with the CARE Professionals best suited to support your comfort, dignity, and independence.

This is another “what makes us different” moment. After every shift, you and your loved ones receive clear updates through WellSky — our secure digital care platform — along with handwritten notes for those who prefer them. If our team notices meaningful changes in behavior, mood, or wellbeing, your family is notified right away. We also offer our private “Family Room” — a shared communication space where every family member you approve can ask questions, share thoughts, and stay connected to the care being provided.

Absolutely. Our Quality Assurance Program is designed to make change effortless — for you. If a personality is not quite the right fit, simply let us know. We will quietly handle the reassignment and introduce a CARE Pro who better matches your preferences. Your comfort, confidence, and trust are our highest priorities, and we treat them that way.
